Before I launched my boutique consultancy, I spent 15 years working across strategy, transformation, organizational development, and change. Those years spent consulting within large organizations taught me that true clarity, alignment, and execution aren’t optional. They’re everything.
And most importantly, I learned that businesses grow best when their brand, strategy, people, and customer experience are all moving in the same direction. Not in silos or as separate initiatives, but as one connected ecosystem.
