In this workshop, we'll work on that directly. Through exercises designed to surface where your messaging isn't landing and where you may be unintentionally blending in, you'll build your positioning materials together as a group and then put them in the hot seat. You'll get feedback from me and the group — direct, specific, and in real time. You leave knowing how your business is actually perceived, where the gaps are, and what to tighten so your positioning is as clear on the outside as your work is on the inside.

We'll then move to the workshop space, where you'll work through some exercises and share elements of your positioning with other founders in the group, receiving real-time feedback from everyone to help you strengthen your positioning in the market.

My goal is to help female entrepreneurs grow businesses so that they don’t just look good on the outside, but work just as well on the inside.
With 20+ years of consulting experience, including 13+ years at Emirates, and advisory work for leading UAE organizations including Nakheel, Dubai Media Office, Dubai Media Council, Dubai Women’s Establishment, and the UAE Federal Gender Balance Council, I bring enterprise-level thinking into practical, actionable frameworks that help founders create clearer brands, stronger businesses, and more sustainable growth.
I'm currently the in-house consultant at Founder's Official, running their Growth Series program. And I continue to work with female founders, female leaders, and female executives to help them bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be.

What are the workshops like?
The workshops are highly interactive. I'm not called the Workshop Queen for no reason! You'll learn and apply your new knowledge to your business immediately through group and individual exercises. There is always a workbook that accompanies the workshop.

What's included in the workshop?
The workshop experience is 2 hours long of actual workshop-ing. That means group + individual exercises, discussions across the room, working on your business using the information you learn. It also includes a coffee or tea, and an opportunity to network with the other female founders in the group.

Every workshop is focused on one specific area we explore in depth. In this workshop, you'll walk away with clarity on what works - and what doesn't - with your messaging and positioning.
